Just finished my mexican fiesta dinner...YUM!...and am scrambling to catch up with ya'll now! Linda, so sorry you've caught the cold! How long did DH's cold last? Hope you feel better, get some rest! Oh yes, I'm so far behind ......that I might run over myself! I love that saying, it just tickles me! LOL! All I can do at this point with projects is....roll with it and do the best I can. I think Linda had a great idea, I saw her post somewhere else on here suggesting we all start our Christmas projects real early in 2008....I'm all for that! But, I would like to remind everyone...while we're all feeling so stressed trying to get things done and feeling so behind, etc...we all should remember this...we have sent stockings to the troops and should factor that in while we're beating ourselves up for what we aren't getting done right now! I say we give ourselves a pat on the back and an "atta-girl"! I think we've forgotten all that we HAVE done, and that should make us feel better!

mequilter...your titanium chip shouldn't set any alarms off...I have titanium all in my jawbone and I haven't caused any major drama at airports, etc...YET! LOL!

Hey MaryEllen - Keith comes home almost everyday for lunch, so he eats lots of leftovers - lol

Hi GP,
Thanks for the reminder that we haven't been idle! You are so right, we were sewing like mad women getting those stockings done. Also, we have done disaster blocks, blocks for fire victims, and many other projects! I agree with you, instead of us feeling down, we should have wide grins on our faces for all the good things we have accomplished this year!

Sweet dreams, Cindy!

Linda, my grandkids are so computer-savvy, that they just send me direct links to the things they like. No surprises there, but at least they get what they want!!

Ann,
that is a great idea! It is getting to where you don't even have to leave your house to get everything you need! lol
