I am almost afraid to make a list of UFOs. I don't even know if I can count that high. LOL Some day I will find the courage but not tonight. Debi

Debi - I know how you feel about counting your UFO's. I "plan" to finish mine this year and I really did just start all but one of them this year, but I keep starting new ones! Since I just got a new sewing machine I enrolled in a machine quilting class. It is online. I should be practicing every day, but things keep coming up and I have not been practicing. I need to learn to use the Bernina (with BSR) so I can quilt the UFO's. lol

Carole - Thank you for the compliment! We had such a great time. It was so much fun to spend time with Carolyn. She is the nicest person you could ever want to meet. She helped me pick out the "cream" fabric for the CW Brown and Blue swap.

You are welcome. I have all my UFO's in project bags - and I could guess that I have about 7 of them. I usually make queen size quilts - so that is a lot. Plus I have a guild challenge to do by our Xmas party. I hope to make a dent in them.

I used to make myself finish one UFO for every new project I did but then found so many new ones that I just couldn't wait to start that they turned into UFOs and of course I just had to get more new ones as I went along. I guess if I am going to be caught in a never ending cycle this is the one I want to be stuck in. LOL Debi

I am trying to make sure I finish projects with a deadline first. This weekend I want to complete the May Block Lotto, the blue fabric is in the washer. Then I want to work on the Bow Tie Blocks for the Swap then the Bear Paw. I have designed a flying geese and windows (four square) quilt that I would really like to work on so I think I will have to skip something so I can complete it. Then there is the pink Sister's Choice. Now mind you I have not mentioned the four quilt tops that are completed and three othes that need to be sewn together.lol

I have heard of most of them but not pink sisters choice. I love pink, did I miss a sign up for something pink? Debi

Debi - I agree! I spent 20 years on my first quilt because I thought I should finish it before starting something else. I knew I wanted to piece a quilt many years before I did it. Now I am having so much fun piecing I don't want to stop!

Do you think we will ever live long enough to finish all our UFOs and get all the new quilts we want to do before we die. I know that I won't. But it sure is a fun way to spend our time.
