Yes, I had dinner. Keith made fried chicken (boneless, skinless) and french fries. Spinich was the veggie.

Hi, Maryellen!

We have that same forecast for Sun/Mon!

I have to get my hair done on Monday... gotta look pretty for the gals in Paducah!

Someone said I should get my hair braided in PR, but I think I'll leave that to Julia!

Tul, My experience has been that I'm always too tired after seeing all the sights in Paducah to sew! And you're right, the machine will fill up space you could use for fabric. Do what you think is right!!

Good to see you, GP, and Mequilter and CindyB and Redtop!!

mcmema, I sent you a PM about the photo of the quilt.

GP, I'm feeling great. Walked 5 miles today. I got the 'all clear' from the Dr. last Friday. Said I could 'do anything and come back in two years'. I'm kind of sorry DH was sitting right there, as he had me pressure washing the sidewalks and driveway yesterday!!

Jennie, what are the quilts you're tying? Hey, are ya'll still having snow? I planted 15 tomato plants and cucumbers yesterday, I am dreaming of fried green tomatoes and ripe tomato slices on bread with Miracle Whip....YUM! Oh, all with sweet tea, of course!

Yep - he keeps me in sweet tea, too! But, right now, I can't drink anything cold. I had a filling on the 17th, and still can drink or eat anything cold. I have a dentist appt next week to get it checked out. Gotta be able to eat at Ryan's in Paducah!!

Hey GP.........is your room all set? I could probably find you some spare tractor seats here if you need them. Just let me know. lol
Foot's still sore, still infected. Got it propped up for awhile till I hobble back upstairs. Another antibiotic and hope this one works. They can't do anything more with it till the infection is gone. I need to cut out some material tomorrow so maybe I can get it done early in the day before it hurts too much.
Hi Cindy B.........fried chicken tonight? That sounds good......I drove through the drive-up at a local restaurant for that on the way home tonight. When I work late, I'm too tired to cook. Maybe Keith could give my DH some cooking lessons?????????????
