You know, as a backing, we could use inexpensive receiving blankets. Would that work?

If you would like to use inexpensive receiving blankets I think they would be great. Soft and warm also. I want to pass on the address for sending the blankets if you want to mail directly, which seems like the easiest to me.

I would love to make some of this binkies. What size are we making? 15 inches seems a bit small, but I don't know what size to go from there. Is 24 inches too big? 2 - 12 inch blocks.

Are we sending the binkies to someone here? And then she is sending to the organization? My mind is a bit fuzzy today and I just can not comprehend too much!

Thanks,
Deb

Here is the website describing the size of the Binkies and more about them Deb. Judyquilts just posted the Binky Brigade address that we can mail to. It will save on shipping them to Judy & her having to send them to the Organization. If you would like to include a small donation along with your Binkies, I know it would be very appreciated. Hope this helps on the size. They really aren't used as a blanket, just something as a security thing for the babies & toddlers to hang onto & drag around.

:)

Hi Judy, while I was at QIAD this week I made time to make my first 'Binky'.

Thanks Oasis for posting a picture, and describing how you made a 'Binky'. That helped me a LOT to get started.

I hope to mail mine out this Saturday to the website's address posted. (Time permitting)

*T*

PS, this was a *great* less then 1 hour project.
