Hey Carin........sure is quiet here tonight, huh? I've got too many projects going & need to do some serious quilting this weekend. But the RR's will be done & the Packer quilt top should be together by Sunday night!! What are you working on now?

Hi Everyone. Happy Friday.

Mary Ellen, make sure you do bring your camera. I take pictures at every show I go to and it's such fun to share and look back at them every once in awhile. It's impossible to remember them all without pics.

I'm sewing scraps together for the back of a quilt. I bought the pattern in Houston at the QIAD both. This is the first time I have pieced scraps for a back. I think I'm going to like the look. Carol

Carol,

That back sounds cool. I'll have to try that sometime.

My 87 year old grandmother is moving out of her house into a condo and in her basement we found a box (a big box) of fabric that had belonged to her and her mother from the 30's to the 50's I am using this really cool piece that is a large scale floral that has a white background with aqua and tourquies(sp?) flowers with lime green leaves. That is my focus fabric I have it all cut out I am working on the piecing before it has to be sub-cut.
