I spent the whole day Friday packing all the pillowcases into boxes as I got them ready to be mailed to Germany! I was astonished at the number: 376!!!! Wow- we really out did the two previous years (213 pillow cases and 192 pillowcases)!

I just have to tell you that quilters are definitely made of the 'right stuff'! You folks are the most giving people! I am blessed to have all of you as my friend. Yep- "LIFE IS GRAND"!!!

PS Please continue to make pillowcases for our troops. Just send them on to Judyquilts. Her project ("Wounded Warriors") is another great project for our service men and women.
