Chriss - paper piecing is kind of fun, but pulling the paper off after is a royal pain in the arse!! Any tricks??

SFQ and MaryEllen I really hope you are having fun with your holly jolly charms (I'm jealous, can you tell??), I went to 4 different LQS's and none of them had any left, 1 LQS said she would try to get some for me, we will see, maybe they will get here in time for next year, then I will want something else...lol

Little Bit, I have been told that you can wet the paper and it will peel off easier, but it doesn't come out if the stitches really well.

I turn my stich length so that I can have a lot of stitches per inch... on my machine it is 1.8... it seems to preforrate ( not sure how to spell that) the paper more and makes it a bit easier to peel off.... the more holes in the paper the easier it seems to come out of the stitches....

Chriss I used a 1.5 stitch, and I steamed it with the iron thinking that it would help, guess I just need to suck it up and be patient with it :)

LB, you could wet it really well and then put it in the dryer and maybe the lint trap would catch most of it??? I don't have any other suggestions... maybe someone else has an idea ot two for you
