Actually I just woke up from a little snooze!! thought I better check in with everybody to see what y'all are up to!

Susanna, as I logged on to AOL, the news says there are more fires burning in San Diego County..... near Malibu? I gotta get out my map to see where that is? Hope all the California Quilters are okay tonite!!

This afternoon I ran out to get my groceries and picked up batting and thread I needed. Got my table topper pinned when I got home and have starting quilting it. My computer is UPstairs and the sewing machine is DOWNstairs, so I'll running back and forth to check up on everybody. Laundry room is also down, so will be throwing in laundry between stitiches!! Am determined to finish the topper tonite as I have another one in pieces ready to go. Gotta find my 4.5" square ruler tho--now where did I put that thing!?

Hi Mary, I'm working, but will pop in when I can. Malibu is up by Los Angeles. It's a costal community with a lot of houses on the hills over looking the beach and on the beach. Lori

I was exhausted last night and went to sleep unusual early for me.

DH is watching more SciFi (star trek stuff)
Pepper snuggled up to him.

Don't know if I'll make it to the sewing room tonight, but I will pop-in here occasional......
