Ok, I'll go along with that in spite of what I've been told for many years. But I like blue and I really don't care as long as it helps the kids.

Joann ~ I am so happy to see this post!! I used to crochet for the red scraf project and then they moved their office and I lost track of them. I have several red ones from that but would be happy to make some more in blue. If anyone wants to donate yarn I will crochet as many as I can. This is a great project and I would be honored to be part of it. Would they also accept fleece scarves? I think I have some of that too.

Debi, thank you so much for being willing to help.

They must be knitted or crocheted and must be blue, those are the only stipulations. I love fleece scarves but sadly, they won't accept them.

You can choose any size, any pattern but must be BLUE.

HUGS and thanks for your help.

No problem, blue it is. Do you want me to send them as I finish each one or wait until I get several done? I don't know if I have your address so if you would PM me with it I will be set to go. Have a great day, hope to chat with you on the sew-in thread but I will be bouncing around here anyway if not.
Happy stitching!!

Hmmm,
Crochet a scarf? I tried once and it was horrible and not too flexible, IMO. If I can get a friend of mine to show me a good pattern I will try.

I always wished I could knit so that I could make good scarves.

Debi, I sent you a PM.

You can send them whenever you'd like. It may be cheaper to send them all at once, but whatever works for you is fine by me.

Dawne, thank you. I'm not a pro at this by any means, so if you're able to make any, they will truly be appreciated.
