Thank you all for the positive words! I'm getting ready to start a fat quarter quilt...called Road to Ireland. Has anyone ever made that pattern?

Thanks!

Afternoon all.

I got my Quillow that I was working on yesterday done, so now I have to put stuff away and drag some more out and get after baby quilt #7 for the youngest and probably the last grandbaby. I'm feeling a bit better today, but not sure how much I will actually get done.

*smile*

Appel flappen: peel the apples, cire the apples, slice the apples. Dump them in batter and deep fry them. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and voila you just created a Dutch NY eve treat.

I am finnished....YaHooooo. Jeff has his quilt wrapped around his shoulders right now. It is not perfect, by no means, and neither is the bindings. I keep on learning. It is pretty tho. <grin>

Now what should I start on? Clean up and reorganize my quilt room? Or start on a new quilt? Hmmm, maybe I should finnish the quilted heart for El. I received a nice amount of PM's from members asking for my mailing address because they have finnished their heart block for El.

ME I hope that it will all heal up nicely and fast. So Cool that you had a good night sleep.

MG Hopefully I'll have a look at that pattern you're eyeing.

Maw sorry I made you hungry.

Hey spud, are you going to post a picture of your quillow?

Hi All!!! and {{{HUGS}}} to everyone!
I've been working on my round robin all day and I'm in the home stretch now! I'm doing a Picture Piecing project. It's kind of like paperpiecing but with freezer pper. You cut the pattern apart, then irong the paper to the front of the fabric. Then match seams and sew. It's a bit odd because the freezer paper is on the front and youcan't take it off until all the sections are sewen together. I hope I'm dong it right but I might not know for sure until it's all sewen together. Wish me luck!

Lee........I'm sure your project will turn out just perfect!! I haven't even started mine for the RR yet, want to get this quilt top done first. Glad you joined us........I'm back from trying to eat supper, DH ran & got chicken dinners with mashed potatoes & gravy. So, that part of it was really good. I'll be down here for the rest of the night & I'll be checking in. Just have a few more HST to trim up to the right size & I can work on sewing the blocks together!
