I quilt in my bedroom. Fortunately, it is rather large and I have room for my sewing machine, a cardtable, and my dresser in which I store my fabric. I will be moving in the Spring and will have to figure something out because my new house is a little smaller. I like quilting in my bedroom though because the TV is in there. Laura

I have a small corner in the living room. We plan on retiring and moving next year to a bigger house so I can have a craft room.

I have the dining area of the living room. Basically, it's a corner of the room. I have to share all fabric storage with the book shelves and the ironing board. I used to have a sewing room, but DH hijacked it and turned it into a storage room.

Kitchen, living/dining room, 3 season room (when warm enough)... fabric stored in the family room, bedroom, den.... yeah, that's all over - quilt books in the bathroom, too!

Started out sewing in the bedroom. Have a desk there and a bookcase and 6' cutting table. But, DH likes to go to bed early and sometimes I want to keep quilting. So, I decided we weren't really using the dining room, so I moved the sewing machine in there. Makes it kind of messy. Well, the kids don't use the play room any more so I figure this big room is going to waste. Now have a 6' craft table with my Juki short arm on it and bought a 4' craft table for my Viking. Now, I need for oldest son to come back from Iraq and get his own place so we can give him the old couch and all his stuff that we are storing for him. Then, I will be able to move my cutting table and bookshelf down stairs to my "Quilt Studio"! LOL - it's still also the laundry room!
