Thank you so much for the "pat on the back." Those gals are working like crazy to get the orders out. Angela even came in on July 4th to process. You all would just love them. They are all dedicated and really care about our QIAD customers. I will post a picture of them so you can see who you are dealing with. I would tell you which is my favorite but they all are! lol There is Mary, Angela, and Karyn. Great gals! Thank you for the kind words. Can't wait to tell them!

I have to add my thanks too. Twice now I have had to change or add to my order, and they have always been great. My packing slip was stamped "packed by Andrew."

Anyway...please extend my appreciation as well. Customer service is very important, and I think QIAD is tops in that category.

I have been so terribly pleased and happy with the Cutomer Service Girls! Angela is the one I seem to get often and that gal is one Sweet, Caring, Thorough, Efficient Gal. I think they are ALL just the Very Best in the industry.

My niece got her order also and she was so pleased that it was packed so wonderfully with not a wrinkle!
and it was packed by Andrew! Thumbs up to Andrew also!!!!

Oh, I'd love to see a pic of them all!!! Talked to Angela yesterday. She was so accomodating!!! She just called to see how I wanted my stuff sent out, seeing as how some was on backorder. The QIAD people really want us to "have it our way." Move over, Burger King, you don't hold a candle to these folks!!!!

I think the customer service dept is wonderful at QIAD. Thanks to everyone. I can't think of another company that is nicer to their customers. I just want to say thank you and your the best.
