Fabric Search
Does anyone know of any good sites to post a fabric search? I am trying to help out a fellow guild member in finding enough of a certain fabric to make a quilt and am not having any luck.

Re: Fabric Search
Ebay is my first thought. Just put in the manufacturer or pattern name.
You might go into some quilting chats (yes, we are not the only clucking hens out there) and throw out some feelers. Sometimes someone has the fabric and willing to part with it. It worked for me with a pattern I needed.
Good Luck

Post the name of the fabric here on the forum and perhaps somebody can help you find it!! Heck, one of use may even have in our stashes!

Re: Fabric Search
I usually just type in the name of the fabric and it gives several hits on where to find it.

Post the name of the material, the brand name, and a description of the fabric in your search bar. Then just enter.
Ecampls:
baratex blue material with green stars
Don't put the www. or .com after it just put the description in.

To excellent sites are www.thousandofbolts.com and www.fabricblowout.com. The first of the two is very superior.

Re: Fabric Search
Hi, If you go to www.fabrics.net you can tell them what you want in fabric, color, kind, manufacturer etc. Or just describe it and someone is bound to answer your question. Marge

OK Here goes...the fabric is from the Butternut & Blue line from Moda by Brackman & Thompson. It is gold with navy swirls. My friend needs at least two yards. Thanks for all of your suggestions.
