three foot tall pattern

How do I make this three foot tall pattern that came without directions?

It is three pumkins sitting one atop the other. I would like to hang it up. OK, I think am clear on how to do that.

It is the front of pumkins. There is so many curves in pumkin. I thought I would use cord or different size rope to enhance pumkin bodies.

Any suggestions?

You could use stitching to make your curved lines, either by hand or by machine. Or you could certainly use another item like rickrack, or trim of some kind to sew on for the curved effect.
