I found this beautiful quilt at a garage sale for $10. It is machine pieced but hand quilted. Does anyone know if the quilt pattern has a name? Thanks.

The center block looks like a version of the mariner's compass. I'm not positive that it is though.

It's a version of mariners compass in the middle, and ribbon blocks around it.

What a find! It is a Mariner's Compass in medalion style with several borders. Beautiful!
