I just saw Quilt In A Day for the first time - the quilt being made was out of fat quarters and was seen into a tube then cut at various stages and sewn in lengths, (somewhat like a jelly roll quilt but instead of strips it was rectangles, end results were variations of the colors that was amazing I'm sorry probably not explaining very well but would like to know how to get the pattern I'm not finding it on here anywhere

Not familiar with this pattern. Did you see it on line, or on TV?

It sounds like it could be from the quick trips book. However, they are still made with strips, sewn into a tube, and cut. Check the quick trips video to see if this is the program you saw.

Could it be the "Color Wheel" Quilt. It's very colorful and made in strips. Hope this helped.

It sounds like a Bargello style quilt. Just google Bargello quilts and see if that's what it looked like. From there you should be able to find a pattern you like.
