Hmmm . . . no bias seams to stretch. Seems like you could make it a bit oversized and use El's ruler to trim it up if you wanted. Any disadvantage to having the center part double thickness?

The Geese part is 3D. It looks great in a block or border.

Wow! That's pretty awesome and a lot easier than working with bias! Man, a person ought to be able to whip these puppies out in no time!!!!

I guess the only downfall I see in making geese this way is that they would be a little harder to hand quilt with the extra layer of fabric. But if you had to make alot of geese for a quilt it would make sense.

tried a couple of blocks and it is really easy to do
