Id like to make a queen size of the Antique Tile in quilters cache. The white I will get, but I have 2 yards each of blue and yellow,,,is that enough?? (Just counting blocks,no sashing or borders)

If I'm understanding what you mean, no, I don't think it will be enough. A queen size quilt meaning about 80" x 90" will require 56 12" blocks s if there is no sashing or borders. That's will mean you'll need 2 yards of the white, 4 yards of the fabric used in the center and corners and 3 yards of the other color.

If however, you mean you'll have sashings and borders, but they will be a different fabric from your blue and yellow, we'll need to know how wide the sashing and borders are to determine how many blocks you'll need.
