Kid, you are really organized! I commend you for it. Wish I had started a binder of patterns I've done with swatches, over these 9 or 10 years.

Darlene, I think maybe a lot of us use sewing to save our sanity. It is such a great outlet. We tend to concentrate or focus on what we are working on and the planning of it, that it really is great exercise for our minds. I read once about a dear lady that had serious Panic attacks when she knew she was going to have to leave her house. She would work on a quilt when she felt one coming on and quilting & sewing got her through it. Not saying it works for everyone but I do think it is an excellant brain exercise.
