I bought some Kona muslin and some Kona Natural this morning at JoAnn's. The muslin was on sale and I used a coupon for the Natural. The store manager told me Kona muslin is the Cadilac of muslins, really nice to work with. I haven't tried it yet, but I love the feel of it. I am going to try doing some embroidery on it. I bought several yards of Kona black a few weeks ago when it was on sale, very nice fabric.

ROFLOL @ Maggie. LOL Hey girlfriend don't blame me. LOL There were two ladies behind me after I left that aisle and they were trying to make up their minds on how much they were going to buy. And their was still plenty on the shelf when I walked away with my loot. LOL Oh I just love this fabric!
Wish QIAD would carry this line of Muslin. hint hint I can see so many of El's quilts that it would be beautiful in! So many!

I've always bought premium muslin, bleached and unbleached by the bolt. I love it with the 1930's reproduction fabrics. It is great for quilt backing (it kills me to pay too much for a backing! lol!) and is really nice to make blocks, line totes, just anything! Our mothers and grandmothers used it all the time. Kona is an awesome brand, too!
