I'm interested to know, too. Never heard of one. Mathematically, how can that be? carol/kittyquilt

Re: Bias square
I guess if you make one cut on the bias, all sides of a square will be on the bias - but where is one asked for? Clue us in, quiltingangel!!

Re: Bias square
I am in a small quilt group and we take turns making blocks for each other. The block for this month is, 'paddle star' and it says to cut bias squares. I have tried googling the pattern, but cannot find any. The directions on the page we received are not very clear.

Re: Bias square
Okay, I'll try once more. I already posted this once and it was not responded to, yet was asked again.
A bias square is one of two things. HST's are bias squares when they are sewn together. To CUT a bias square, you actually cut the square out "on point".
I'm not going to go through dragging the Paddle Star picture from my quilt program into Photobucket into here again, just in case this post is ignored too.
Perhaps when I posted before, the post was actually invisible?
