Fat Quarter Club

Does anyone belong to a fat quarter club? I thought this would be a good way to build a stash and since I live so far from a quilt shop I can use the help.

I've been thinking about joining the one here at QIAD.

Not much response to my query about Fat quarter clubs. So Evie
since you have look at the QIAD club, am I reading the sheet right where it states that you also authorize all newly published books to be charged to your credit card account. This is the problem I am having with the QIAD club. Sent an e-mail to the company but haven't had a response. Have you looked at the F&P clubs?

Francine - Hi and Welcome, not sure that I have met you yet :) There are two seperate clubs, the QIAD Fat Quarter Club and the QIAD Book Club - you do not have to sign up for both, I don't belong to the QIAD fat quarter club - but I do belong to the QIAD Book Club - hope this helps just a little :)

I was thinking about signing up for this. Has anyone else signed up and do you like the selection of fabrics you receive? Lori

I belong to one which specializes in Cat fabric. About every 3 months I get a dozen cat themed FQs for a fixed prices. Then I get a 10% discount if I buy yardage from the shop. I joined during an MQS show -- I guess 3 shows ago. I'm considering dropping my membership though -- I think I would prefer a broader sample of fabrics.

Don't they have the clubs in the Keepsake Quilting catalog? I've been tempted, but never given in.

Here's the link to the Kat Kwarterly Klub. 12 cat themed FQ every 3 months for $25 + shipping billed to your credit card. I think with shipping it's $31.50
