Instructions for quilted duvet cover

My daughter has asked me to make matching duvet covers for my grandaughters' twin bunk beds. Making the quilt top is not a problem. I am just unsure of how to make it into a duvet cover. any insturctions and/or links to insturctions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Rhandi DeMars

I remember seeing that on Simply Quilts, but it's been quite a while ago. Wish I could be of more help.
