Has anyone ever bought anything from overstock.com?
I'm thinking about buying an embroidery machine.
If you have or heard about anyone that has, please respond.
Thank you
Loretta

Re: Has anyone ever
Hi Loretta,
I've bought several small things, under $30 usually. From blankets to quilt books, never had a problem and always satisfied. Love their cheap shipping, usually $2.95, sometimes even $1.95.
My son and wife usually buy most of their Christmas and birthday gifts from Overstock and have never had a problem either.
As far as buying a sewing machine, I think I'd want to see the machine in person first if possible. Maybe someone locally sells the same thing that you can look at? What will you do when your machine needs serviced? What is their policy if/when something goes wrong with it? Where would you get warranty work done? Just in case you hadn't thought of those issues, thought I'd throw them out here. Best of luck, let us know what you decide to do.
Cheers,
Karla
