The quilt I'm making calls for a 1-1/2"x3" block and a 3-1/2"x6-1/2" Block. I purchased the small flying geese ruler, it makes the
1-1/2x3" block and a 3x6" block. I would like to increase the 3x6" block to make the 3-1/2x 6-1/2" finished block. Can someone tell me what size squares I need to cut for this size block.

Re: Flying Geese Ruler
are you sure the block is 3-1/2 x 6-1/2 finished? Sounds like that is what you square it up to before you sew it all together. If that is the case, then you would use the squares for the 3 x 6 block. The ruler says it makes a "3 x 6 block" but that is the finished size. You square it up to 3-1/2 x 6-1/2. Does this make sense?
