no matter what I do, they are a struggle for me. I have made 2 and NEVER again!

I am not a fan of geese either. Your quilt is lovely though and you should be proud.

i think its very good i love the colors i have not tryed it yet i jus got the templates next i need the book to try it wiggybut

I hated the flying geese, until saw Eleanor Show on this, purchased book, and ruler, then video to help understand instructions. Followed along, and realized that easy, and made baby quilt loved it!
Eleanor makes her pattern instructions easy to follow..She takes hard task at hand and makes it manageable.

Your quilt looks beautiful to me. I would never have tried flying geese with all the triangles but with the favulos Ms "B's" tech. I cant wait to do one. I am thinking blues for backgrounds and white w/black prints for the gesses and a few black w/ white print gesses.

I use QIAD flying geese ruler and I never have a problem. I have students who don't do a decent 1/4" from the drawn line and that gives them problems.
You quilt is beautiful
